Registration for the International Meeting of the STACK Community 2026 is now open. This page provides an overview of fees, optional additions, available support, key deadlines, and the registration process.
The conference registration fee of USD 600 covers participation in all academic sessions, workshops, community meetings, and official and cultural events held during the conference week. This includes:
An early bird registration fee of USD 500 is available for participants who complete their registration and payment by Sunday 17th May 2026.

Some participants may wish to make the most of their time in Kenya or prefer an all-inclusive arrangement. To support this, we offer a set of optional packages that provide full logistical assistance and access to typical Kenyan experiences.
This package includes pick-up and drop-off at the airport, accommodation at the conference hotel from Sunday 26th July up to Saturday 1st August 2026, hotel dinners, and transport to and from the venue.

- Standard expectation: Sunday arrival → Saturday departure
- Additional nights may be arranged at USD 100 per night
- Deadline for application: Sunday 26th April 2026. Late applications may be accepted at a higher rate.
This package includes an all-inclusive weekend safari trip, departing from the conference hotel on Saturday 1st August 2026 and returning to Nairobi in time for evening flights on Monday 3rd August 2026.

Some participants may wish to bring family members with them. The conference team can assist with arranging accommodation, coordinating cultural activities within Nairobi. Arrangements will vary depending on individual needs.

The conference aims to be as inclusive as possible and to support participants who do not have institutional funding. Funding is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Priority will be given to participants who contribute to the conference (for example, through the submission of high-quality abstracts or by supporting organisational activities). For Kenyan participants, membership of the Kenya Mathematics Society will also be taken into consideration.
Applications for support are made within the registration form. Several levels of support are available, ranging from subsidised registration fees to full support for travel, accommodation, and fee waivers.
Application deadline: In order to apply for support, the conference registration must be completed by Sunday 15th February 2026. Submission of abstract for early consideration must be completed by Sunday 1st February 2026.
