• Early submission of abstracts: Sunday 15th March (extended from Sunday 1st February 2026). Early submissions will receive feedback shortly after submission
• Support application deadline: Sunday 15th March (extended from Sunday 15th February 2026)
• Safari booking deadline: Sunday 15th March (extended from Monday 16th February 2026)
• Submission of abstracts: Sunday 5th April 2026
• Accommodation and Logistics Package: Sunday 26th April 2026
• Early bird registration deadline: Sunday 17th May 2026
